- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a client with Bank of America for so many years. I have never had any bad experiences until last two weeks ago. I went to my visa and I had it 400.00 dollars on 20.00 dollars bills , I ask the teller Adrian if he can change me the 400.00 bills for 100.00 dollars bills. I thrust him I give him my money I don't remember getting my 100.00 dollars bills but I remember getting my statement from my visa, but I don't recall getting my 400.00 dollars bills. I went to visit my mom I lock in my purse in my jeep. I went back home I got my purse I am looking for my money I can not find it I am going crazy so I went back to the bank it was around 4:45 pm. I talk with a female manager I explain what happened she told me sorry if left it on the counter is not are responsibility , i told her you have cámaras can you check them and she say they only can see your face and the back of the teller. I went to the police department to make a report. This happen about 2 weeks 8/13/17 I have not hear from no body it is so sad I work hard to make my money so I can lose it inside the back where I think is the safe place to have my money. This bank is ease target for the robbers and the tellers because there is no cámaras point it to the tellers fingers and also there is no manager walking behind them. I am not going back to this bank for 2 reasons: Maneger attitude And by not show you that they care about you as a client. Bad bad experience.By Adriana Allen, March 26, 2017
